We're looking for a proactive ull Stack Support Engineer – C#/.Net & ReactJS who thrives in resolving complex issues, driving system improvements, and supporting high-availability enterprise systems.


What You Will Do

Incident & Problem Management

  • Act as the final escalation point (L3) for critical production issues — troubleshoot deeply, resolve, or provide workarounds
  • Perform root cause analysis at the code and data level
  • Coordinate with L1/L2 support, domain leads, and business stakeholders to meet SLA commitments
  • Document investigations, solutions, and preventive measures in knowledge base

Change & Development Support

  • Evaluate and implement change requests while maintaining compatibility and system integrity
  • Perform backend optimizations, feature tweaks, and minor enhancements
  • Support deployment and rollout of fixes, updates, and enhancements

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Interact with customers and end users for requirement clarification, progress updates, and post-incident communication
  • Maintain high standards of technical service delivery

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify patterns, propose solutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Participate in post-mortem reviews, share lessons learned
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Work with teams across geographies and tech stacks

What We're Looking For

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer with strong skills in application analysis and troubleshooting
  • At least 1 year in L2 or L3 support covering Incident, Problem & Change management
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET
  • Experience with SQL Server
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, ReactJS (with Hooks & Redux), AngularJS, and TypeScript

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with Micro Frontend architectures
  • Exposure to Bootstrap, CSS,
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines)
  • Unit testing experience (e.g. Cypress, Jest)
