  • Expertly managing the application and renewal of all necessary licenses and permits required for the import and export of goods
  • Liaising with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to our logistics teams, helping them navigate the complexities of the licensing process
  • Continuously staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and proactively updating internal processes and procedures
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support regulatory audits and inspections
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency of our logistics operations

Job Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 -2 years of experience
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Thorough understanding of the rules, regulations and licensing requirements for the warehousing, storage and distribution of goods in the Philippines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex licensing challenges
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for compliance
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
