KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Facilitate and assist our Brokers with their property queries.
• Prepare and draft real estate documents such as contracts, offers, and agreements.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings and client meetings
• Present properties to potential buyers and negotiate terms effectively.
• Work both in the office and in the field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Strong capability to understand and address clients' needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ability to coordinate and attend property viewings and meetings with clients.
• Proficiency in drafting real estate documents, including contracts and offers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Location: BGC, Taguig
Monday to Saturday (Office Based)
