Senior Paid Media Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns, leveraging AI-driven marketing strategies.

This role involves managing multi-channel paid search campaigns, driving automation, and utilizing AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration with the digital marketing team and key stakeholders is essential to ensure all campaigns align with the company's business goals and growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Paid Search Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Ad Copy and Targeting Strategy Testing: Test ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies, adjusting campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
  • Budget Allocation and Bid Management: Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and bid management.
  • Emerging Advertising Platforms: Set up and test campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
  • AI-Driven Process Automation: Streamline marketing and sales processes using AI tools.
  • Data Enrichment and Lead Qualification: Automate data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Test and apply AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
  • Performance Tracking and Insights Generation: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with SEO, content, social media, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: In PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • AI-Driven Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization: Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • AI-Based Automation: Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization.
  • A/B Testing Methodologies: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
  • CRM Tools and Marketing Automation Software: Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (Zapier, AI prompts, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and sales teams.
