Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Paid Advertising Specialist with expertise in paid advertising, tracking, and remarketing. The ideal candidate will spearhead impactful campaigns, drive real results, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

This is a full-time position with a remote work arrangement. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong project management skills are required to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Ad Budget Management: Effectively manage large ad budgets to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition.
  • Conversion Tracking: Set up, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies that focus on enhancing paid ad performance.
  • Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modeling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies related to ads.
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
