Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative – Billing and Collection is responsible for managing customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances. This role involves making outbound calls to remind customers of outstanding balances, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection of payments while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing inquiries, payment reminders, and account updates.
  • Contact customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Review and verify billing information to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status.
  • Provide billing explanations and assist customers in understanding their statements, fees, and due dates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve billing or payment issues efficiently.
  • Achieve individual and team collection targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and compliance standards regarding billing and collection processes.
  • Escalate unresolved cases or complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service, billing, or collections role (BPO experience preferred).
  • Experience in outbound calling or collections is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or college level; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Amenable to work on-site in Pasig City.
  • Can start ASAP.
