We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support our B2C digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for Agile principles, a strong communicator, and possess a technical understanding of B2C web platforms to effectively guide development teams toward successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure Scrum events are efficient, timeboxed, and outcome-oriented.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, promoting collaboration between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
  • Drive a culture of self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is prioritized, refined, and actionable.
  • Coach the team and the broader organization in Agile best practices, principles, and tools.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation within relevant platforms.
  • Understand technical aspects of project architecture to support sprint planning, risk mitigation, and alignment.
  • Foster transparency, trust, and open communication across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and SDLC best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to convey complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.

Preferred Technical Background:

  • Familiarity or experience with .NET, ReactJS, Java, and SQL technologies.
  • Understanding of B2C platforms, CMS, or e-commerce systems.
  • Previous hands-on experience in software development or QA is a plus.
  • Ability to participate in technical discussions to facilitate delivery alignment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months
