Scrum Master

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to support our B2C digital projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile principles and possess a solid understanding of the technologies used in B2C web platforms to effectively support development teams and drive successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities


•Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.


•Ensure Scrum events are conducted efficiently, timeboxed, and deliver value.


•Remove impediments to the team's progress and foster collaboration between stakeholders and the Scrum Team.


•Promote self-management, cross-functionality, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.


•Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined, actionable backlog.


•Coach the team and broader organization on Agile best practices, tools, and mindset.


•Identify, communicate, and manage risks, issues, and change impacts.


•Track sprint progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile project management tools.


•Maintain relevant team and project documentation using appropriate documentation platforms.


•Understand technical concepts and project architecture to support planning, risk mitigation, and alignment.


•Encourage transparency, accountability, and open communication across teams.

Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field


•2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master


•Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.


•Certified Scrum Master preferred but not required.


•Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and software development practices.


•Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.


•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


•Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.


•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.


•Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.


•Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Technical Background:


•Familiarity or experience with .NET, ReactJS, Java, and SQL technologies.


•Understanding of B2C platforms, content management systems, or e-commerce applications.


•Prior hands-on experience in software development or testing (Frontend or Backend) is a plus.


•Ability to understand and participate in technical discussions to support team delivery
