Scrum Master (B2C Digital Projects)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to support our B2C digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Agile principles and a good understanding of technologies used in B2C web platforms, enabling them to effectively guide development teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Ensure Scrum events are efficient, timeboxed, and focused on delivering value.
  • Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and the Scrum Team.
  • Promote self-management, cross-functionality, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
  • Coach team members and the broader organization on Agile practices, tools, and mindset.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, issues, and change impacts.
  • Track sprint progress using JIRA or other Agile project management tools.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation using appropriate platforms.
  • Demonstrate understanding of technical concepts and architecture to support planning and alignment.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication across teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software or digital projects.
  • Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Technical Background
  • Familiarity or experience with .NET, ReactJS, Java, and SQL technologies.
  • Understanding of B2C platforms, content management systems (CMS), or e-commerce applications.
  • Previous hands-on experience in software development or testing (frontend or backend) is an advantage.
  • Ability to participate in technical discussions and support development delivery.
