About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and vendor management for logistics, heavy equipment installations, and O&M services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring large-scale projects run smoothly, cost-effectively, and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end procurement for logistics, crane operations, and heavy component installations.
  • Develop strategies that balance cost, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Evaluate, select, and review suppliers to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and local/international regulations.
  • Track, report, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Travel occasionally across the Philippines for project support.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar
  • 7+ years in procurement (logistics/heavy equipment experience required)
  • Strong negotiator with proven supplier management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in renewable energy (wind projects a big plus)
  • Exposure to international procurement and global teams
