JOB TITLE: Dining Staff (high end restaurant)

Work Location: Legaspi Village, Makati

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least High School graduate or any Vocational course. College graduate

  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Presentable and good communication skills

  • Time management and attentive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Greet customers upon arrival and departure

● Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).

● Take accurate food and drinks orders.

● Up-sell additional products when appropriate.

● Communicate with guests about when their food will be ready and any problems that may arise in a friendly and sincere manner.

● Prepare tables by setting up if applicable to the brand such as linens, silverware, condiments, chopsticks and glasses

● Interact dispatcher to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible.

● Serve food and drink orders

● Do table visit to ensure that we anticipate guest needs.

● Handle food carefully and responsibly while serving guests their dishes.

● Bussing tables

● Deliver checks and collect bill payments

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT/AGE

High School or Vocational graduate. College graduate

Salary: basic minimum plus Service charge & tips

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
