Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
  • Serve meals and drinks efficiently and with care
  • Answer questions about the menu and offer recommendations when needed
  • Handle customer payments using a POS system or cash register
  • Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
