Job Summary:

The General Accountant is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate financial records of the company, ensuring proper handling of inventory and purchase orders, and preparing timely financial reports. The role also involves supporting management with financial insights and performing other related accounting tasks as may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor inventory records, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with company policies.

Review, process, and record purchase orders, invoices, and related financial documents.

Prepare, analyze, and submit financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to support management decision-making.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting-related records.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control as required.

Support compliance with tax regulations and external audits.

Perform other tasks deemed necessary and relevant to the role to support overall financial operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (inventory and purchasing background preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
