VIP Specialist Job Description

  • Personalized Client Experience: Delivers exceptional, tailored service by understanding and meeting individual client needs and preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivates strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients to build loyalty and trust.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipates and resolves client issues, providing timely and effective support.
  • Logistical Support: Assists with managing reservations, travel arrangements, and other complex logistical tasks for VIPs.
  • Confidentiality: Handles sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Sales Opportunities: May identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to existing VIP clients.

Receptionist Job Description

  • First Point of Contact: Greets visitors and guests professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Information & Inquiries: Responds to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests for information or assistance.
  • Administrative Support: Performs clerical tasks such as managing mail, filing, and data entry to support office operations.
  • Appointment Management: Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments, maintaining a calendar and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including menus, bill folders, and other materials.
  • Basic Guest Services: Provides assistance with basic requests, such as seating guests and directing them to their designated areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
