We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Specialist) who can provide top-notch service, manage client schedules, and ensure smooth clinic operations with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (or diploma holder in a relevant field)

  • With 2–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury service industries

  • Skilled in client engagement, treatment coordination, and upselling

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to present options empathetically

  • Proficient in English and Filipino, and comfortable using CRM or scheduling platforms

  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and maintains high professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient and customer inquiries with care and professionalism

  • Manage patient scheduling and clinic appointments

  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information

  • Support clinic operations and uphold grooming and attendance standards

Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve revenue and client retention goals

  • Ensure timely scheduling and excellent patient satisfaction

  • Attend trainings and maintain strong product knowledge
