Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Supplier Management:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective purchasing options.
  • Purchasing & Negotiation:
  • Obtain and compare price quotations from multiple suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Ensure all purchases align with project budgets and requirements.

Contract & Compliance Management:

  • Prepare purchase orders and contract agreements.
  • Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers and site teams to determine material requirements.
  • Plan and schedule deliveries to avoid project delays.
  • Track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.

Cost & Budget Management:

  • Monitor procurement spending to ensure cost control.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Handle disputes with suppliers and resolve procurement-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Internship or academic project experience in procurement or logistics is a plus.(fresh grad)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,500.00 per month
