Permanent position & Direct Hiring by the client

Experiences and Qualifications:

  • University graduate with 10 years or more of experience in operations controls,
  • A solid understanding of core insurance operational processes. Experience working within operations or with operations controls, is necessary.
  • Past experience in dealing with multiple Asia markets is necessary.

Requirements:

At least 10 years in Operations Risk in Life Insurance Operations or Risk Management. If not hands-on Life Insurance Operations experience,

at least Risk Management experience in dealing with Life Insurance Operations teams, and have a good knowledge of Operations processes, and understands the nuances and regulations which impact these procedures Has experience in driving difficult changes in Operations Speaks at least one Asian language fluently.

Has experience dealing with multiple Asia markets Has experience in the following: RCSA (Risk and Controls Self-Assessment), Process Control Testing Audit preparation Roll-out of Operations Control Frameworks: Gap Analysis and implementations across multiple markets Stakeholder management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php200, Php250,000.00 per month
