Are you passionate about leveraging data, automation, and analytics to enhance risk management outcomes? We're seeking a Manager, Risk Intelligence and Analytics to join our Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function. Reporting to the Director, you'll play a key role in supporting the Information Risk Management (IRM) team's mission to deliver insight-driven risk oversight across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for an analytics leader who thrives on solving complex problems, driving automation, and building data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM reports for executive and Board-level committees.

  • Automate and streamline IRM reporting and analytics processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

  • Lead automation initiatives for enterprise data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Support the Risk and Technology Tooling team with data ingestion, cleaning, mapping, validation, and reporting.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting frameworks and operational efficiencies.

  • Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for analytics and reporting readiness.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as an analytics manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate and Power Apps).

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver interactive dashboards and automated workflows.

  • Strong understanding of financial services, insurance, and/or technology risk management.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborative communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in risk management, audit, or compliance.

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, including database schema design and data modeling.

  • Experience with dashboard design and UI/UX principles.
