Job Description:
Gardenia Bakeries Philippines Inc., the leading and fastest-growing bread brand in the country, is looking for a Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in driving brand growth by assisting in the formulation, execution, and monitoring of marketing plans. The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing product positioning, advertising, promotions, selling strategies, and general administrative tasks to ensure effective market penetration and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for advertising, promotions, and sales initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive product demand.
  • Analyze product performance and sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and product availability in coordination with sales and supply chain teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing programs, budget tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience in marketing, brand/product management, category management, or customer marketing is an advantage.
  • Preferably with experience in the food, consumer goods, retail, or advertising industries.
  • Customer-focused with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines.
