We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, and are completed within established timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure project success.

Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Implement and enforce safety measures on the construction site to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.

Provide technical advice and support to project teams, addressing engineering-related queries and challenges.

Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proficient in project management software and AutoCAD.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and lead a diverse team.

Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
