Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, from an accredited School of Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates are also WELCOME to APPLY
  • Minimum two to three (2-3) years of qualified engineering experience in civil/structural engineering positions.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned to Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • A licensed engineer is a must.
  • Experience in designing substations and transmission line is a plus.
  • Experience with discipline design codes - NSCP2015, AISC, ACI, and ASCE
  • Working knowledge of structural and civil design software is a must, for example, STAAD, Auto-CAD, and Excel spreadsheet development.
  • Must be technically competent as well as possess the ability to apply engineering reasoning and common sense to problem-solving.
  • Personality to work with other engineering and operational personnel at small-to-medium rural cooperatives and small-to-medium municipalities as well as industrial concerns.
  • Problem-solving and client service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with highly technical staff and manage multiple tasks and objectives.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic; good people skills and temperament; drive and ambition to set and reach challenging goals.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients.
  • Ability to maintain and develop business with both existing and new/identified clients.
