Location: Makati City; Hybrid (2x WFH & 3x Onsite)

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to keep teams aligned and continuously improving
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and success criteria
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure project success
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and project management best practices
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with all project stakeholders
  • Continuously optimize processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in the IT/digital industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects using agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
