Who are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of TELCO/TSR voice experience (6 months for SD profiles)
- Strong background in troubleshooting internet, mobile phones, and tablets
- Excellent communication skills
- All educational backgrounds are welcome (HS grad, SHS grad, 2-yr Assoc Grad, College Grad)
- Residing near Centris is a plus
