Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role that requires the Production Manager to work on-site in Pasig City while allowing flexibility for some work from home. The Production Manager will be responsible for the ff:

  • Oversee event setup/ execution and ensure that all production requirements are delivered according to specifications
  • Conduct venue ocular and attend technical meetings to plan the event layout
  • Coordinate event logistics, including sourcing and booking of venue, 3rd party suppliers and talents
  • Contribute to production planning and budgeting
  • Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Keep inventory of materials, props, collaterals, etc.
  • Troubleshoot any problems on-ground
  • Prepare pre and post production presentations and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production within the events industry
  • Strong understanding of event production, logistics and creative processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of attention to detail, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
