Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef at Cebu Castle Peak Hotel. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Duties involve ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, maintaining inventory and food cost controls, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive culinary skills and experience in menu planning and food preparation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations for food handling
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
