The Banquet Sales Executive shall support and develop business potential, build and maintain customer relationship with the special accounts or market segments assigned thru personal sales visits, ocular inspections, entertainment and general correspondence. Ensures the timely submission of sales reports such as Itinerary, Weekly Activity and Monthly production from sales associates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sells banquet and event spaces to potential clients by showcasing venue features, amenities, and services.
  • Identifies and prospects new clients through networking, outreach, and lead generation.
  • Follows up on inquiries and leads to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
  • Conducts site tours and presentations tailored to client needs and event requirements.
  • Prepares and presents customized proposals and event packages.
  • Oversees all aspects of event planning and coordination from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintains strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • University degree holder (Hospitality/Tourism/Business)
  • At least 2 years of solid Hotel experience specifically in banquet sales operations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Team-player, flexible and can stand pressure.
