Role Description

This full-time Associate Legal Counsel position is an on-site role located in Muntinlupa City. The Associate Legal Counsel will be responsible for handling legal issues, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and assisting in contract negotiations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and offering legal support in various business operations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Law, Legal Issues, and providing Legal Advice
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Relevant legal experience in the financial technology sector is a plus
