About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Manager – Controllership
with strong expertise in
US Regulatory Reporting
to join our Finance organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory filings to ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements, including Federal Reserve, SEC, and other applicable agencies.

  • Lead the end-to-end process for U.S. regulatory reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory guidance, and internal control requirements.
  • Review, analyze, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity of reported figures.
  • Oversee the implementation of new regulatory requirements and provide guidance on their impact to financial reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams (Accounting, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Audit) to address reporting issues and strengthen data governance.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls over the regulatory reporting process.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in controllership, accounting, or regulatory reporting,
    with significant exposure and reporting to U.S. regulatory requirements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting processes.
  • Prior experience in a financial services, banking, or large multinational environment required.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
