  • Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, financial, securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents
  • Develop company policy and positions on legal issues
  • Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
  • Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Render egal advise, case studies and summaries
  • Concluding legal due diligence or legal audits
  • Filing of applications and other documents with government agencies
  • Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
  • Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative, boards, court, trials, etc
  • Draft administer all contracts
  • Negotiate deals and attend company meetings/conferences/clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
