Associate Lawyer

The Associate Lawyer will assist in client representation, legal drafting, court and administrative proceedings and provide support in various legal transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Represent clients in court hearings, administrative proceedings and mediations;
• Draft pleadings, contracts, legal memoranda and other legal documents;
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and reports;
• Support due diligence and compliance work

Qualifications:

· Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing;

· years of relevant legal experience (fresh bar passers are welcome to apply);

· Excellent research, writing and communication skills;

· Willing to work on-site in Alabang and travel for court appearances, when necessary
