Specific Position: Ecosystems Counsel Manager

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong
  • Willing to work on a DAYSHIFT schedule
  • At least 8 years of combined experience as corporate commercial lawyer, in-house experiences in organizations such as IT company or if he/she practiced law in a law firm
  • A licensed lawyer in the Phils
  • At least 3-5 years supervisory/managerial experience
  • your role: will negotiate corporate contracts, support resale business, vendor facing, and will support Asia Pacific
    •
  • Experience with emerging technologies and offerings (e.g. cloud, security, AI) and related contracts and contract structures (e.g. various offerings on a subscription or provided as a service) is preferred, NOT required
  • Good communication skills
  • Can start ASAP
