This is not a task-based billing role. We are seeking a strategic RCM partner who already operates at an executive level and brings mature systems, analytics, and reporting — not a firm looking to build these capabilities for the first time.

About Our Practice

Happy Health & Nutrition is a multi-provider practice with licensed dietitians and health coaches serving clients across preventive and medical nutrition care. We are scaling intentionally and investing in infrastructure that supports financial clarity, compliance, and leadership-level decision making.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an RCM firm that already delivers executive level reporting and analytics and can operate as a long-term partner in revenue integrity.

Required Capabilities (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must already produce the following as part of their standard operations:

  • Monthly executive RCM reports (not raw data exports)
  • CPT utilization analysis
  • Diagnosis utilization analysis
  • Eligibility verification outcomes and failure tracking
  • Denial analytics with root-cause categorization
  • Authorization tracking and visit-limit monitoring
  • Expected vs actual reimbursement analysis
  • Underpayment identification and follow-up tracking
  • A/R aging buckets with trend visibility
  • Provider-level and payer-level segmentation
  • Payer turnaround time and cash-flow timelines
  • Executive exception reporting (what needs attention now)

If your firm does not currently provide these, this role will not be a fit.

  • Clinical diagnosis selection is reviewed and approved internally; the RCM partner is expected to analyze, report, and surface revenue risk, not independently select diagnosis codes.
  • Decisions are made from data, not assumptions.
  • We expect proactive communication — issues should be flagged early, not discovered months later.
  • We value partners who bring insights and solutions, not just status updates.

What This Role Is

Not To be respectful of everyone's time, this role is not for firms that:

  • Only submit claims and wait for instructions
  • Rely solely on client-provided diagnosis codes without analysis
  • Do not track eligibility failures, denials, or underpayments
  • Are building executive reporting capabilities for the first time
  • Cannot support multi-provider practices at scale

Transition & Partnership Expectations

We are seeking a partner experienced in structured transitions, including parallel onboarding and data handoff, with minimal disruption to revenue or patient care. This is a long-term partnership opportunity for the right firm.
