Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve company targets,

improve customer satisfaction, and uphold service quality standards. This role goes beyond traditional sales management — it includes monitoring and enhancing the quality of client communications, ensuring that Sales and Logistics Coordinators consistently maintain professionalism, clarity, and courtesy in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities   :

Sales Leadership & Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales/logistics department, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze sales performance reports and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate closely with various teams/department to ensure seamless customer experience and work fulfillment.

Quality Assurance & Communication Monitoring

  • Regularly review recorded calls and written correspondences between coordinators and clients.

  • Evaluate the tone, clarity, accuracy, and professionalism of communication, ensuring alignment with company standards.

-Provide constructive feedback and coaching to coordinators to improve client interaction quality.

-Establish and maintain a Call Quality Evaluation Framework or scorecard to standardize assessments.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate refresher sessions on customer service and communication etiquette.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and call quality metrics.

-Track recurring client concerns or communication issues and recommend process improvements.

  • Collaborate with various teams to maintain documentation of performance reviews and improvement plans.

Team Development

  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve both individual and team goals.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-centricity.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of sales and logistics coordinators.
