Role and Responsibilities

It will be the primary responsibility of the AGS Compliance Manager to act as the liaison between the QA, Compliance, and the Operations floor. They will report directly to the Support Manager. They will be dedicated to overseeing the activities and ensuring efficiency and quality of work of the the compliance team at AGS. They will also be in charge of coordinating with the QA department on delivering corrective feedback to the production floor based on the findings of the QA specialists both relating to violations of regulatory compliance as well as areas of opportunity pertaining to the maximization of positive customer experiences. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that procedural updates dictated by the Compliance Department, that impact the production floor are effectively communicated to the training department and implemented with affected staff. The AGS Compliance Manager may also be required provide assistance with Compliance based new hire onboarding trainings.

Desired qualifications

Previous experience in call center BPO – at least 5 years of experience is required

At least 2 years of assistant managerial experience

Previous experience doing employee training with a focus in delivering corrective action is a requirement

Willing to work on night shift (Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am)
