Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Partner programs, working closely with Practice Leaders and Account Managers to build "Partner Funded" pipeline in Enterprise & SMC clients. This will involve delivering Partner Enablement presentations for the team, participating in Account Planning, and executing strategic Partner programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Relationship Management – plan and manage ANZ Partner leadership connections, foster territory, industry, and account planning activities for the Partner BDM Team.
  • New business & business development – drive new business leads and referrals from key partners including MSFT, Databricks & Github, and Technology Partners such as Cisco and Dell.
  • Support Practice Managers & Practice Leaders to drive Partner campaigns and marketing initiatives to build pipeline.
  • Manage operational tasks, research funding allowances, submit and track Field and Partner led Funding requests in the portal to obtain Partner approvals.
  • Maintain thorough reporting on funding requests, track pipeline and review directly with sellers to progress and qualify opportunities.
  • Forecast pipeline of Open, Won, and Closed opportunities using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Report pipeline funding by Solutions capability in Salesforce and Excel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in driving sales, marketing, and/or business development initiatives to drive new business.
  • Experience working with senior leaders & Executives within partner organizations, leveraging partnership networks to develop territory alignment and sales plans in a partner-co-sell motion.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience, including IT sales/marketing at a tech company or holding partner/alliances specialist roles.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset, relationship builder.

  • Tenacious, energetic, persistent.
