Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or event marketing (experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in presentation preparation and delivery, both in-person and online.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Job Description:

  • Conduct end-to-end acquisition of B2C partnerships — from lead generation and cold calling to securing initial interest from potential partner organizations (e.g., schools, offices, LGUs, community groups, etc.).
  • Assist in fieldwork and client visits by introducing healthcare services, supporting needs assessments, and building rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare presentation materials and coordinate for pitches to potential partners, ensuring accurate and professional support for presentations led by the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist in coordinating partnership discussions by preparing necessary documents and supporting materials, ensuring all agreed terms are properly documented and communicated.
  • Coordinate the preparation and signing of Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) or Service Agreements, in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, legal) for the planning and execution of on-site activities, including health events, check-ups, and brand activations at partner locations.
  • Serve as one of the main liaisons between the company and partner organizations, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of concerns before, during, and after events.
  • Oversee event implementation, ensuring successful delivery of services, achievement of sales targets, and collection of customer feedback.
  • Support in creating marketing collaterals for partners to post on their platforms, as well as developing posts that enhance partner engagement.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, including lead follow-up, customer service touchpoints, and partner satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing partners, tracking engagement status, performance metrics, and retention efforts.
  • Support ongoing client relationship management and renewal discussions to retain and expand strategic partnerships.
  • Attend and professionally represent the company in events, activations, or activities organized by existing partners, ensuring proper coordination, engagement, and support aligned with partnership objectives.
  • Perform other duties related to B2C partnership development and event marketing as assigned by management.
