Technical Program Manager, AI & Automation

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 – PHP 100,000 per month (PH-based, remote)

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help deliver AI and automation projects that support the digital transformation of our diamond and jewelry company. You'll plan, build, and launch automation initiatives that enhance efficiency across design, operations, marketing, and customer experience.

Reports to: Automation & AI Team Manager

Manages: Developers and technical contractors (as assigned)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation and AI projects, from planning to launch.
  • Manage development teams and contractors, ensuring builds meet scope and deadlines.
  • Validate that technical solutions align with actual business requirements and workflows.
  • Oversee integrations, testing, and quality assurance for all automation tools.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure long-term adoption.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management with a technical focus.
  • Working knowledge of coding (able to perform small fixes or sanity checks).
  • Strong understanding of automation and AI platforms (e.g., API tools, workflow builders, CRMs).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
