Overview:

We are seeking an AI Developer to design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI solutions for high-impact applications, working closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for various applications, including NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for model training and deployment.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
  • Research and apply state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to solve complex problems.
  • Maintain documentation of models, experiments, and code.
  • Ensure reproducibility, testing, and version control of AI assets.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with cloud services for AI deployment (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI, Azure ML).
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with generative AI models and large language models.
  • Background in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
