Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop/laptop support (hardware, software, connectivity) and resolve incidents.
  • Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and desk-side support.
  • Perform break-fix services for desktops and laptops.
  • Install, configure, and maintain standard OS, applications, and patches.
  • Support remote device management and hardware replacements (vendor-provided spares).
  • Monitor and maintain antivirus/security compliance.
  • Provide VIP and onsite IT support if other teams are unavailable.
  • Analyze incidents and recommend user training/automation where needed.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows 7/10 OS.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, VPN, and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with EUC tools, ServiceNow, remote tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Good to have: Mac, tablets, mobile device, and Lync support.
  • Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
