Outsource Support Engineer

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines ANSI Information Systems, Inc. Full time ₱180,000 - ₱300,000 per year

Successful applicants will provide customer satisfaction support by effectively handling customer inquiries through phone call diagnosis, isolation, on-site visits and providing of possible solutions for POS hardware and software issues and concerns

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any computer related courses
  • Experience in testing different application is an advantage
  • With excellent verbal and written Skills
  • Keen to details and with good analytical and critical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work under Hybrid arrangement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
