As a Buyer, managing Indirect Procurement in a global cybersecurity

organisation, you will be responsible for developing and executing

procurement strategies across a range of indirect spend categories,

including HR, Legal, Finance, Consulting, Marketing, Facilities, and

Corporate Services. Your role is critical in ensuring value-driven

sourcing while supporting business functions with cost-effective,

compliant, and agile supplier solutions.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across

departments to understand business needs, lead supplier negotiations,

manage contracts, and drive performance improvements. Operating in

a highly regulated and security-conscious environment, you will also

ensure that all procurement activities align with internal policies, risk

management standards, and global compliance requirements.

This position requires strong commercial acumen, supplier relationship

management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex global

sourcing scenarios. You will play a key role in enhancing operational

efficiency, ensuring service quality, and contributing to the organisation's

broader strategic and financial goals.

Requirements


•Previous experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or

supply chain management, ideally in a shared services or

multinational environment.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, ISM) advantageous but not

essential


• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.


• Familiarity with contract review, supplier onboarding, and basic

financial or commercial terms.


• Understanding of procurement compliance, supplier risk, and

ethical sourcing practices.


• Experience using eSourcing tools and ERP systems preferred,

but not essential.


• Experience in working a global matrix organisations, with

exposure to multi-jurisdictional procurement operations, cross-

border contracting, and localisation of sourcing strategies.


• Familiarity with cybersecurity, information security in supplier

onboarding and contract negotiation desirable but not essential.


• Prior exposure to global procurement operations or working

with international stakeholders is preferred.
