We promote a culture of growth, creativity, and excellence through our brands and through our people.   About the Role: The Procurement Associate Lead oversees procurement operations, helps support a dedicated team, and works closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing. This role is essential in optimizing supplier relationships, driving process improvements, and contributing to the company's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Order processing and placement
  • Process orders received from end-users within the agreed-upon timeframe for the assigned international brands.
  • Coordinate with vendors on any order-related issues, suggest adjustments, and revise POs as needed.
  • Closely monitor and coordinate with vendors to ensure container loads are maximized and promised delivery dates are met.
  • Ensures all related documents are in accordance with BIR regulations.
2. Order Monitoring and Tracking
  • Update the monitoring tracker and related sheets after every order is sent to the vendor.
  • Regularly follow up with vendors on any pending orders or shipments and provide updates to all stakeholders.
3. Process Improvements and Special Projects
  • Continuously review the current purchasing process and come up with cost-saving for the team.
Job Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Procurement
  • Highly skilled in all facets of Procurement including Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Reduction Strategies, and Vendor Management
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Knowledgeable in overall Supply Chain processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with any ERP system is a plus
