What You'll Do
  • You will take full responsibility of marketing in the Philippine market, including but not limited to Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • You will launch projects with local agencies to scale up social media activities and test new channels
  • You will generate insights by developing deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets, and players
  • You are responsible for expanding our Emma e-commerce business in the Philippine market where you will mainly be focused on growing our business and develop new creative initiatives to help fuel growth for the country
  • You will create ad-hoc analyses and reports to identify growth opportunities, optimizations, and potential risks
Who We're Looking For
  • You're a self-sufficient team player that is goal-oriented, structured, and pragmatic.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize high impact activities.
  • You have a good understanding of performance marketing practices (i.e. CTR, Conversion Rate, Engagement Rates)
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. You have ideally already gained first-hand experience working with Google and/or Data Analytics.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with both internal stakeholders (commercial teams) and external partners.
