Training Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of Training experience in a BPO setting
  • Strong experience in training facilitation for new hires and tenured employees
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics such as Sales, CAS, CES, Quality, etc.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with training tools, assessments, and documentation
  • Strong root cause analysis skills and experience driving performance-improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive root cause analysis and execute programs to improve focus metrics (Sales, CAS, CES, Quality, etc.)
  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and coordination with managers and client representatives
  • Create, organize, plan, and deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new and existing employees
  • Facilitate pre-process and new hire training sessions
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, guides, assessments, and course content
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, test results, and retraining requirements
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness using assessments, surveys, feedback, and performance trends
  • Manage and track focus metrics through skill mapping, coaching, and development initiatives
  • Lead front-end skill development, including coaching sessions and targeted training programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
