Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager Voice and Accent Training to enhance the communication proficiency of our customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice and accent coaching, language training, and business communication to ensure high-quality interactions with clients. This role will focus on training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize agent performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Voice and Accent Training, Business Communication (BQ) support, and Pre-Process Training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Develop and implement training modules focusing on accent neutralization, pronunciation, intonation, and grammar to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Assess trainees communication skills and provide individualized coaching to bridge gaps.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and training teams to identify communication improvement areas and develop tailored interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in voice and accent training.
  • Support training needs analysis and recommend improvements based on performance data and feedback.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching sessions to enhance employees' soft skills and confidence in handling customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, preferably in Voice and Accent or Language Training.
  • Strong knowledge of phonetics, pronunciation, grammar, and intonation patterns relevant to international customer service.
  • Prior experience in conducting business communication training is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and develop training strategies to improve language proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and engage trainees effectively.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or BPO setting is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in Iloilo.
