Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Process Training or Instructional Design, preferably within a BPO or corporate setting
  • Strong background in designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs
  • Experience collaborating with Operations, Quality, and other support teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with LMS and digital learning tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret training metrics and performance data
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple training initiatives at once

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver process-specific training for both new hires and tenured employees
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and implement targeted learning solutions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, documentation, and learning resources
  • Lead train-the-trainer programs and mentor junior trainers
  • Ensure all training content complies with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives
  • Generate training reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership review
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of LMS systems and digital learning tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
