Compensation (Salary begins after first week)

  • $450 USD per month
  • Bonus for each confirmed appointment set ($10 USD per Confirmed Appointment Set)

Our reputation is built on quality, customer service, and professional results that exceed expectations. We're growing fast and need skilled, motivated appointment setters to help fuel that growth.

About the Role:

We're looking for appointment setters who are confident, coachable, and great on the phone. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—your job is to follow a proven script, qualify leads, and set up appointments for our sales team. Need experience in appointment setting to succeed—a great attitude, excellent English, and the ability to follow a system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads using a provided script (Leads from events, ads, previous customers and cold calling team)
  • Take inbound calls and set appointments with interested prospects
  • Qualify potential customers based on basic criteria
  • Input and update lead info accurately in the CRM
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment setting goals
  • Apply feedback from supervisors to consistently get better

Qualifications:

  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Confident, coachable, and motivated by hitting goals
  • Able to follow scripts and stay on track during calls
  • Good listener with basic objection-handling skills
  • Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience is needed
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MB/s) and a quiet home workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
