About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. This position is open to fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in network and system administration, while developing hands-on skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.

The Remote Support Analyst will provide day-to-day technical assistance to users, ensuring smooth system operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting network and system maintenance activities—all performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain system and network performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and applications.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve escalated technical concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Support user account management and basic network configurations.

Qualifications

  • Open to Fresh Graduates of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
  • Familiarity with system administration (Windows/Linux environments).
  • Knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
