As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Logistics Specialist with purchasing experience to help us manage our supply chain operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing processes — all remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, and customers across the US.
  • Manage purchasing activities — including supplier sourcing, quotation requests, and purchase order processing.
  • Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate records using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Communicate with freight carriers and suppliers to resolve delivery delays or discrepancies.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors to optimize costs and lead times.
  • Prepare logistics and purchasing reports to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast product demand and ensure supply availability.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or purchasing.
  • Strong understanding of shipping coordination, order fulfillment, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics/purchasing software (e.g., ERP, NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, or electrical distribution (preferred, but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
