Job Description

As an Accounts Payable / Treasury Assistant, you'll manage supplier payments, support multi-currency transactions, and handle global reconciliations across multiple entities. You'll ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every financial process-all while helping a mission-led organization power generosity around the world.

Shift: Mid Shift, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM UK Time, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 82,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in an Accounts Payable, Treasury, or similar finance role
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and payment processes (multi-currency preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident handling data for reconciliations and reporting
  • Experience with Xero, Netsuite, or similar finance systems desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with a proactive and professional approach to supplier engagement
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to pick up ad-hoc finance administration
  • Passion for working in a mission-driven organization supporting charities worldwide

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage supplier payment runs across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong entities
  • Process FX settlements and assist with multi-currency treasury operations
  • Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations
  • Monitor cash balances, prepare short-term cash forecasts, and flag liquidity needs to the CFO
  • Ensure supplier communications are professional, proactive, and timely-ensuring Givergy is never chased first for payments
  • Support refund processing with AR and finance operations teams to ensure donors/clients are reimbursed promptly
  • Assist with expense claims, employee credit card reconciliations, and staff reimbursements
  • Support AP system improvements and workflow automation projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and compliance across AP and treasury activities
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with suppliers and banks
  • Provide administrative support to the wider finance function as required

  • You may be required to work flexibly around supplier payment deadlines across multiple time zones.
  • Occasional evening or weekend support may be required during peak periods.
  • Holiday leave during year-end close or audit periods will be restricted.
